Chad, Mat, Mylène, Mathieu, Alessandra and the others dream, for the most part, of becoming great starred chefs when they enroll at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ). Before wearing the ultimate hat, they must first learn the basics, develop their creativity, respect high standards of hygiene and safety, succeed in internships here and abroad and impress their teachers, who are sometimes funny, sometimes serious, always demanding.
